Typically would start with human resources who select the first cut with people of right culture fit. This follows with hiring manager selection and interview. There may be peer interview. Finally the head of department interview
behaviour questions mostly, and some tech questions as well, had the opportunity to ask questions in the end of the interview. the overall experience is good, the interview is conducted onsite and within one hour.
