It’s was fairly difficult. I interviewed for the financial service department. It’s similar to your typical interview but You have to know your stuff. Multiple rounds of interview. Screening different people. Best of luck to you all.

The interview process is straightforward. They sent an email that summarized what would be in the interview, so I had plenty of time to prepare. Very friendly and professional interviewers.

STAR based questions. ex. Tell me about a time you had a unique solution to a problem.
One screening call with the recruiter. And then two interviews back to back with a hiring manager and a manager in the local office. The communication between the managers and me was great and easy to set up the interviews.
