Interview
It just consisted of behavioral phone calls. It was pretty simple as long as you’re familiar with answering in the STAR method and are able to respond to commonly asked “tell me about a time where…” style questions

Applied online with resume + cover letter. 2 30 minute interviews with 2 associates on the team. Asked mostly about company, values, and your projects. Very casual, gave explanation of their roles.
