phone screening and onsite interview and then hr interview. total was about 4 weeks to offer and then a few weeks of going back and forth with the company. it took quite some time

Question 1
sql query , object oriented questions , how will you do a main many join table
many to many , one to many join table example, asked which project it was used and then asked to draw on board and then some general polymorphism questions were also asked pretty much simple.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Morningstar (Mumbai) in May 2026

It was easy dsa questions and few sql and mostly it was calm and composed interview and i got selected later on same day after giving interview later on hr questions were on how you fit what actions u take and all that
round 1 Is a 30 minute interview with the senior manager, basically does a deep dive into projects and skills in your resume and then technical questions. round 2 Is onsite
I asked the HR contact what type of questions/assessment the interview would consist of, and they said whiteboarding technical problems. The actual interview surprisingly was questions about my experiences instead.
