First round of Interview process was fine. However in the second round one of the panel member was kind of rude. HR behavior is pathetic and highly unprofessional. They forgot to even send the interview invite.

I was referred by on of my friend. Interview started in sep 18 1st round was pure technical. That was the only round conducted on day 1 Then after a couple of week they called me for 2nd round, it was again technical with a bit of management questions as well. Again after a gap of around 2 weeks, they asked me to appear for final round with their director, it all went good. However, this wasnt the final round. They gave me programming test to be completed in a week's time. I had completed and submitted it in time. They seem to be very relaxed for hiring for the said position. I had to wait for another 2 weeks to get the feedback of the programming test. It was either the director on leave or the senior manager on leave, every time i called hr to know the status. Finally around december they said the profile is on hold. It was completely unprofessional behavior right from director to managers to hr. After completing the programming test, director emailed me on asking for status, "we are taking an internal call" and it was not to hire for the position. They wasted almost 3 months in the process
