It was really convenient. First, you start with a prerecorded video to answer different questions like why Morningstar? The second round consists of talking to a Morningstar employee and answer different situational questions. The last round consists of a group assignment and 4 half-hour interviews back to back.
Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
The role revolves around data collection from listed company & startups annual reports, as per set pre-defined rules.
