I felt that the hiring and interview process was very well run. I was initially contacted by an internal recruiter who setup telephone interviews. He was very informed on the position and made it clear what they were looking for, which was consistent with the job posting. After the telephone interviews, a series of on site interviews were held on a single day. I felt that I met the right people for both them, and I, to assess my fit in the organization. The remaining part of the process was clearly laid out and they were very accommodating throughout each step.
