Pretty good interview process. The hiring director didn't waste time asking the typical interview questions - got straight to questions that let me showcase my talents. Then interviewed with a small group that gave me a chance to ask about culture, work environment, etc. Was really impressed with how genuine everyone seemed and the service oriented culture.
