Morsekode interview questions

No communications with human resources - exchanged emails with nameless "Front Desk" email account. Ask when would work best for an interview and scheduled the only day in a two week period that I said I wasn't free. Interviewers arrived 10 minutes late. Unstructured interview process. No initial phone screen, which would have been a valuable first engagement. No follow up emails. Very unorganised.
