I applied online and received call to go in for an interview within 2 day. I then had 4 interviews back to back in 1 day. They were very quick to decide, which is a big plus, I received my offer letter within 3 business days after the interview. Over all the hiring and interviewing process was very efficient and painless. I wouldn't recommend going through staffing agency.
Easy, not very hard if you're just yourself. You should consider getting to know the partners beforehand. Just don't lie and make it obvious that you're bullshitting them. They can sense it like blood in the water.
