One on one interview. He asked typical interview questions for about 5 minutes. Then started asking about my former employers who were "competition." Didn't even have the professional courtesy to call and say he was going in a different direction. He also talked negatively about families who choose cremation. When asked why does he have a crematory then, his answer was that its the only way to make money.
