Interview was conversational. They asked about my experience and capability. Sometimes they give a simple coding exercise, but it shouldn't be difficult. They mostly check for fit and if you can do the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motion Reality (Marietta, GA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Sent in a resume, and the response was quick. You set up a phone interview which is mostly technical questions. A little disorganized, but it didn't feel unprofessional. Answered questions about OOP, game engines, and physics. Brush up on your physics 101. You then get called in for an on-site interview. They are once again a bit disorganized, but they were all nice people. You're given a programming test to finish in an hour and then asked to explain your code in front of the team. Its nerve racking, but the team doesn't smash your soul into the ground so that helps. You then do a round of behavioral questions. While I didn't get an offer this round, I would probably apply again. They left a good impression.
