I applied online. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
The welcoming was friendly and first all candidates had a meeting and chat with current graduates. The interviewers were kind and had a sense of humour. As there was a quantitative/logical online test in the previous stage, the interview was more about the company, its projects and my motivation.

Question 1
why mott macdonald? and what do you know about our values
The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!

Question 1
They asked me an interesting question about my hobbies outside of my work/student life. I really enjoy doing things outside of work, like my hobbies - which include active exercises.
