I applied for the role through indeed.com and was called by the hiring manager for some basic questions. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and provided good updates.
I attended a first stage interview at the office in Croydon. Very nice office and this was with the Marketing Manager and Hiring Manager. The interview was difficult and long winded, lots of competancy based questions. I would recommend candidates to take their time and always provide an answer for each question rather than passing however bad you think your response is. Both interviewers were quickly noting the interview on their laptops and the interview was recorded which was quite intimidating.
I was then invited to a final stage assessment day in the head office in London. This was a long day with a range of tasks including a presentation, writing task, group activities etc. It was a good opportunity to speak to a range of employees. The office again was very nice and lunch was provided.
Unfortunately, I wasn't offered the role. However, the marketing manager scheduled a 30 minute call with me the week after to provide me feedback which I though was a really nice touch and this was very helpful too. Successful candidates will be those who do well at theoretical tests which was a unique way of interviewing.
All in all, a long process but a very positive experience. All employees were friendly and helpful and the company was an attractive place to work.
