Mountz interview questions

The interview process I went through had three rounds, each one offering a different experience. The first round was straightforward, with basic questions that helped them understand my qualifications and work history. The second round was more engaging, as they asked open-ended questions that allowed for a real conversation. This part felt less like a formal interview and more like an opportunity to showcase how I think and approach problems. By the final round, I was meeting with potential team members, discussing how my experiences aligned with the company’s values.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter after a few days. A phone interview with the recruiter was followed by an onsite interview with a senior personnel at the company. The following week, I was invited to another on-site interview with a panel that lasted 2+ hours. This interview was more technical, and required good knowledge of the skills mentioned in the job description.
