I applied online. I interviewed at Mouser Electronics (Mansfield, TX) in Aug 2013
Interview
Its been 3 months since called for an interview. 1st intv. HR, asked a lot of questions and about the survey, then told me that its better for me to work as a stock clerk (warehouse job) to know the company better (duh!). 2nd interview was the earehouse manager..basic questions about myself and what do i expect from a manager.. Toured me around the warehouse. 3rd intv. Told me that i need to retake the counting test..i flunked. Got 75%, they need 80%. Was told to go back after 30 days to retake it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mouser Electronics (Milan) in Apr 2025
Interview
The recruitment process at Mouser was one of the most positive I’ve experienced so far. Everything was clear, structured and handled with genuine kindness. I had a first interview via Teams with the HR Generalist, followed by an in-person interview at the Milan office with the Customer Service Manager.
Throughout the process, I felt listened to and valued as a person, not just a candidate. The communication was always timely, professional and warm, which made a big difference. Whether or not I get the job, I’m grateful for how the process was managed — it reflects a company culture that puts people first.

Question 1
What do the day-to-day responsibilities of the role look like?
The interview round process was average. General math questions were asked for logical reasoning and I had 3 rounds of interview. First was with the HR, then with the Team leader and then the manager round. Everything was smooth.
