The first interview lasted around thirty minutes, including questions that one may naturally expect for this position. Expect situational questions and how you would transfer skills from your previous experience to this role.
Interviewed for a role and the process was disappointing from start to finish. My first interview was rescheduled just 10 minutes before it was due to start. The second interview was then moved around three times, and when the final scheduled time came, no one from the team joined the call. I sent follow-up emails afterwards, which were completely ignored. The whole process was disrespectful and deeply unprofessional, leaving a very poor impression of the company. I certainly would not want to work for an organisation that operates in this manner.

Interview
Initial screening interview involved scenario-based questions. I was then invited to a second interview with the medical director, but nobody joined the call. I followed up by email immediately and again 24 hours later but received no response. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful experience, and a significant red flag.
