I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mu Sigma (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
First Round:Aptitude Test:It had few quantitative aptitude questions,Verbal Ability Questions,Case Study kind of MCQs(Ex:What would you do if your project deadline is preponed etc etc),Article based question(article was sent to our mail before the exam).
Second Round:Video Synthesis Round:Had to write about the company based on the videos shown, corporate Presentation and company Tour.
Third Round:Group Activity:Your group(group of 6) will be given a case study, discuss among yourself and come up with the best solution.Defining your problem and talking about the attributes connected to the problems and coming up with the best solution is the key.If you perform well as a group they will select everyone from your group or else they will try to eliminate few who were not able to come up with sensible points(dont talk nonsense, keep it simple and at common sense level)
Final round:Interview based on your resume, sometimes they might throw few pzzles at you.The initial Tell me about yourself will carry the rest of the interview. But in the end ultimate thing is "CASE STUDY EVALUATION".They give you a case study and evaluate based on your approach towards the given problem. My case study was what are the factors you will consider if you want to open a LUXURY CAR DEALING COMPANY in the USA!Systematic answer with structural thinking will win the game for you!
It was an average interview. there was an online test, post which there was a group discussion and then a personal interview. the interviews are different based on how experienced one is
Maths and probability questions along with GD. Need to clear muApt which is tough given the circumstances which is high population giving the exam. Once you clear there is video synthesis and gd round. Then 2 rounds of face 2 face and one hr round
