Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Firstly we would like to apologise unreservedly for the experience you had interviewing at Mudano. I am our recruitment manager and I was on holiday when you were interviewing. I clearly did not brief my stand-in well enough. I am sorry for that. There was a breakdown in our process and I am very disappointed that this has caused you such a disappointing experience.
I am sure it is of little consolation to you to hear that this was a breakdown in our process and should not have happened. Firstly, you are absolutely right, a decision should not have been made on your assignment alone without giving you the opportunity to present. Secondly, I have reviewed the feedback provided to you and agree it was nowhere near specific enough.
We are now reviewing our processes, and guidance to interviewers to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I’m sorry for the frustration and disappointment this undoubtedly caused you.
