Interview
A definite red flag. The experience was highly unprofessional from start to finish. My meeting was rescheduled multiple times, and when it finally happened, the people I was supposed to meet showed up late without any acknowledgment or apology. The questions asked during the discussion were off-topic and, frankly, inappropriate for the context. The lack of respect for time, preparation, and professionalism was so apparent that I ultimately chose to walk out.

Interview
I went to the place and had an interview with two team members. It was pretty good. They were nice. Then I had a virtual interview with the SEO and it was chaotic. He spend most of the time talking about politics in my country and the average price of a house. Then he made me personal questions like if I want to have children or what kind of jobs have my parents. It was very weird, he never asked me anything about my career or experience. Then they made me wait for a month because the owner was away of the country and after all that time they told me I wasn't selected.
Lots of questions, professional setting, intimate atmosphere. Would recommend taking any opportunity to work here. Had to go for a few interviews, meeting with increasingly higher ups. Look forward to future opportunities
