Had a virtual screening call via teams . Talked with someone on the recruiting team. They broke down what exactly the company was and the pay process and the hours.
First interviews start with phone screener and online, those were pretty standard. However, the in-person interview was definitely more difficult. The questions were tougher and interviewers were more serious and less friendly.
Interview process included some very insightful questions, unfortunately, from the beginning of the interview, the interviewer came off as disinterested and unengaged, creating a. tense and unenjoyable experience, would not recommend.
