      Data Literacy Coach Interview

      Jan 24, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Multiverse in Jan 2024

      Interview

Stage 1 was a screening interview where I had to share my knowledge about Multiverse and explore why I wanted to apply. Stage 2 was teaching and coaching role plays. This is where I had to back up what I said with action. This was my favourite stage. Stage 3 was meeting the manager and diving deeper into my motivations for joining Multiverse. This also included scenarios. Throughout the process, I had the interviewer from stage 1 guiding me through stages 2 and 3, providing a platform for me to ask questions and receive extra feedback from each stage. I was very grateful to her for the continued support.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Multiverse in Jan 2024

      Interview

The interview process was a three-step process. A designated recruiter was assigned and provided feedback on every step of the process. Also, even during interviews, I was given the opportunity to implement feedbacks. The interview process was engaging, insightful, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

      Interview

Three stage process 1 - Discussion with talent manager 2 - Technical task and coaching role-play 3 - Interview with senior leader While intensive, the recruitment process provided incredibly helpful feedback throughout which led to development points I could build upon before the next stage. Talent manager was incredibly helpful at all stages (Sarah).

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Multiverse (London, England) in Jan 2024

      Interview

After submitting the application, I got a prompt response on next steps in the interview process. 3 rounds of interviews in a span of 10 days. I was given feedback at each round and was followed up by phone calls on how to prepare for the interview. The process is totally designed to help the candidates to give their best version possible. Its very helpful as most of the time your best answer comes after the interview is done or maybe even after a day or two. Its of no good to anyone. Overall, I had screening stage, mock training and coaching stage and a final interview with a senior manager.
