Murray-Calloway County Hospital interview questions

I was called for an interview after applying for this position online. Then, I was asked some questions based on my work experience and educational background. The hiring process took so long. It took them 15 days to tell me that I was not selected for that position as I don't have enough experience. They shouldn't have called me for an interview in the first place and waste my time if that was the reason I am not hired.

The director asked me a few questions then called in the higher up boss to ask a few questions for the interview. The questions asked were very easy and they tried to make you feel comfortable during the whole questioning. My process was rather rushed and i started the job with a week of applying.
