Mursion Client Operations Implementation Associate interview questions

Honestly, I did not even make it to an actual interview. I applied for the position and over a month later I received an email stating, "we a pausing recruiting activities for this position." Then, two months later I received an email stating, "we are actively looking to fill this role again, please let us know if you are still interested."In which, I replied - yes. Then, was ghosted. I reached out a week later regarding steps for moving forward and was hit with a rejection letter 10 mins after I sent a follow-up email. What was the point of reaching back out......
