My Fit Foods interview questions

Google video initial interview, followed by a phone call with executive assistant to COO. Was very interested but ultimately they decided to go with another candidate. After last conversation, think work/life balance is below avg

It started with a phone screen. Nearly a month later, after an in-person interview, reference request, and other communication via text/email, I was extended an offer for….. a position that I never applied to. Instead of a general manager position, I was offered the role of “team member” which compensated far less than the position I originally applied for. Felt like a bait-and-switch operation and I am mostly frustrated that I wasted time and provided references to this company.
