After submitting my application, I received an email with some preliminary screening questions. This was followed by a 10–15-minute phone screening, and then a 30-minute video interview with two members of the office team.

They asked basic behavioral questions and also inquired about my proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel.
They were wonderful interviewers, they were very professional and provided a really good overview of the company and expectations. I appreciated their openness and how it felt more like a conversation.
