It was good had 5 rounds and they went into technical details. Asked about stake holders management, automation releases and many more questions.... Starting with hr then hurting manager then with team then
The company seems interesting, but the role is not exactly what was announced and after 6 interviews, not even an email with feedback! It was just confirming the reviews on Glassdoor about company culture & people management.
Be prepared for 5 Interviews with different people:
- Recruitment Consultant
- Manager on another team
- Internal Stakeholder
- Head of HR
- Position Manager
All the process is quite straightforward, just talk about your experience. Nobody knows well Salesforce.
