Interview
Tech recruiter and then they give a technical case to solve in 5 days. Before put my hands in the task, i was like - 5 days is quite enough. But not for this case in particular. I had to rush like crazy. It was some problem the bank is facing and they wanted a complete solution end-2-end for free. Still, i created a minimal but nice solution with the details in the code. Did not reached the "minimum" required.

Interview
One pre-screening call, one call with the hiring manager and then got a home task which took a week to complete. The day after I submitted the solution, I was told that the position is filled. I felt ridiculed. They wasted my time and they didn't even provide a proper feedback on the task. They didn't even consider me. I wish I would know about these before I applied, I simply would pass this opportunity up.
