Met with both of the co-founders in separate video calls, which would have been followed up by further technical call and then a technical day working with the team. Although I didn't progress to the next stages, it was a great experience - both Bastien and Robin clearly care deeply about what's being built and are heavily involved in expanding the team.
From what I've experienced, would not hesitate to recommend.

Got automatic rejection email in 2 days for the application while easily matching all the requirements from job description. The form that needs to be completed is part of a third party software (ashby) that most probably handle some ATS.
It would probably be better to update your resume to be ATS compliant.
