Very typical personality-based questions, interested in work habits and what I thought about the position (what I think will be most challenging). They were very quick in responding once they reached out the first time, but the final offer took a while because of budget approvals.

What was a mistake you made in your current job, and how did you fix it?
Bro they put in a teams call with 3 other teams that I didn't apply to without warning and they ALL asked me questions. They legit read my resume in that exact moment, a lot of them had no idea the interview was happening until they got the teams invite.

Interview
One technical interview for 30 minutes, with roughly 10 minutes of self introduction. The mentors explained their projects in more detail during the interview and were interested in how I would solve the current challenges they have.
