The hirevue process asked pretty much the same questions as my interviewer. Once I got to the final interview, I had the feeling that I pretty much already was offered the job. I think that your resume at a company like this holds a lot of weight. The hirevue was much more stressful than the interview, which was very relaxed and less question intensive.
