I have been working at NBCUniversal part-time

    Pros

You get a lot of perks working in the parks. Offers a unique work experience that hardly ever feels monotonous.

    Cons

It can be a lot of physical work sometimes, and the pay is not actually that great compared to what you will have to deal with.

    Advice to Management

Some departments show more love to team members than others do. The more appreciation you give, the more your team members will want to work happily.

    I worked at NBCUniversal full-time

    Pros

Very dedicated staff. They take their responsibilities very seriously and take pride in their work. Helpful and team-oriented.

    Cons

Management can be rigid at times, not willing to make changes even though they would be of great benefit. Tendency is to do what has been done before because it works, even though it may not be the most efficient or economical.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to new ideas and not just follow the lead as has been done in the past.
