After submitting the online application for the general news division you're offered a Hirevue (standard video interview - three straightforward questions). From there, a one-on-one interview with the recruiter for a particular position. Pretty straightforward and positive process overall.

The first interview was a video interview. They asked basic questions about you and the role. After that you had to wait for them to review it and refer you to where they thought you would fit well.
