Two weeks after applying online, I received an email request to complete an online video interview. During this stage, I was given a minute and a half to answer 4 questions. After I answered the 4 questions, I was allowed to rerecord my answers if I was not satisfied with my initial responses. Before recording my answers, I was asked to indicate the division(s) I was interested in. Two weeks later, I was contacted by a recruiter who told me that the two divisions I had indicated weren't hiring that semester, still, they wanted me to interview for an internship in a different division. The recruiter proceeded to give me tips for the phone interview I would have the following day. 24 hours later, I was contacted for my interview, where the interviewer proceeded to inform me about the tools I would be using in the role and what I would be doing. At the end of the conversation, she stated that she wanted me to meet her as well as the VP, so she asked me to come in that day. When I went in, she continued to familiarize me with the database that I would be using. I wasn't asked many behavioral questions during the phone or the in person interview. After making way in my schedule at the last minute to meet them on the same day, I was not offered the position. When I asked for feedback, they stated that they enjoyed speaking with me; however, they decided to go with someone they had interviewed before me.
