It was multiple steps, first you need to submit a recording of yourself answering questions on video, then take language, maths, and personality tests, and finally you go in for a day of interviews. It was a laborious process, and difficult to get in touch with a real person (everything is vetted by a computer), and therefore difficult for me to assess whether the role would be a good fit for me, as I was never offered the opportunity to ask questions. The recruiter who I met once at the end during a debrief of the interview process, was incredibly rude and despite the fact I'm currently employed at the company (and reviewed as a high performing individual), in a different division, said that I wasn't company material, and that despite high test scores, as soon as they met me knew I ‘wasn’t a leader, and the company only hires leaders’. I don't mind rejection, but it was an insulting process, considering how many hours they require you to invest while applying. I then asked the hiring manager to clarify what she meant and she said she would email me a comprehensive report. I had to do the following up on email, and I never got a response. I know other members of HR at the company, and there are some great ones, but I was disappointed by this division, and how hostile they were.
