Interview
When I was originally hired, I interviewed with the branch manager of where I was going to work. After gaining experience I was sent to interview with the head of HR, the executive vice president, and the president to obtain my 'lending limits.' This is a formality to make sure I am competent enough to make good decisions on loans, and gave me the authority to make decisions on my own.

Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward. You receive a call for a phone interview by a few current employees assigned to hiring. After that interview you will come into the office for a face to face interview. Following that interview you will more than likely have a group interview but don't worry, there's generally several opened positions that they are hiring for. Typical interview questions are asked in the face to face group interview. For example: How would you deal with angry members, any prior experience and how it might relate, etc. Following that you will receive an offer of employment.
