Received phone call regarding the submission of my resume, and set up interview the following day. Interview was very casual and laid back. The employees in the office were very pleasant, seems like a very positive work environment. Interview consisted of simple behavioral interview questions, and afterwards we just had casual conversation with manager. About a week after the interview, received phone call stating I was being offered the position, and I accepted.

Met with the Branch manager and the Teller Supervisor. Standard questions were ask about ethics and the transition the credit union was making for their tellers. A universal roll where everyone is trained to do everything. Too many people to try to do all of them at once. Was informed that pay was less than my current job at the time but it was worth the experience.

Sit down talk with the TSM and Branch Manager. They ask you the basic questions and it is nothing to fret about. Make sure you dress up in a suit and tie and ask questions at the end. Focus is 100% on member services, community services, reliability, and honesty. Make sure those qualities shine.
