I visited the Edinburgh office for a pleasant and informal 30min interview. Nothing too taxing was asked, we largely discussed my prior experience and why I was interested in becoming a tester. I was also asked some questions which were clearly intended to guage my culture fit, such as what my hobbies and passions were. To be clear, the role was for a junior testing position so there were no particularly targeted testing questions. I do think I was asked the traditional "how would you write a test plan for making a cup of tea" scenario but nothing more taxing than that. No mention of particular methodologies or test tooling. Best part of the experience was I received a call offering me the job less than 2hrs after I left the interview!
