NCS Global Technology interview questions

The interview process began with a phone screen with a recruiter. They asked about my resume, career goals, and interest in the role, along with basic questions like availability and salary expectations. It was straightforward and conversational. About a week later, I had a 45-minute online interview via Teams with the hiring manager. This focused on my background, with behavioral question like “Tell me about a time you solved a problem”. The interviewer was friendly but professional, and I had time to ask questions.
