30 minute interview with solid technical questions. Conducted by senior most developer, and a quick greet and meet with the owner of company. Discuss aspects of daily routine, past experience, and what to get out of job. During salary discussion it was not mentioned that the pay was monthly, and not by direct deposit.

Most questions were about C# declaring variables within a class, and a lot of simple technical questions that any CS graduate should be able to answer.
