Received a call from hr before an interview with 2 team leads. Second interview was with the hiring manager which involved a whiteboard challenge. Received feedback from hr that the interviews went positively and they would get back with an offer, after business’ approval. Unfortunately the consideration delayed and delayed. I stopped following up with the recruiter after 2 months.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what did you do in your previous role
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NE Digital (Singapore) in May 2022
Interview
1st: HR phone interview
2nd: Technical interview (Easy)
3rd: Technical interview (Medium-Hard)
HR is very rude, the guy contacted me, he was not supportive. First call still nice because he needs me for interview. After 3rd interview, seems I failed interview, it was not big deal to me, fail or pass which are normal. But when I was asking him the result of interview, he was giving me icon "Hahaha", then no response, WTH is this rude.
From beginning very nice, then very rude after candidate failed interview.
He is in my blacklist HR now and I will never apply to NTUC any more.
Thanks for that attitude.

Question 1
Besides your standard questions, expect analytical questions at every round, all based around data.
PM exercise involves you trying to solve a problem they are experiencing/just experienced. The 1hr prep time limit can sound quite stressful, but you're not expected to answer all the questions. As long as you are naturally data-driven, collaborative & think clearly, you'd do fine.
