Telephone interview. The interviewer was pleasant and friendly. Although I did not get the job I originally applied for, I was contacted again for another role which I have been invited for a team assessment.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Nov 2018
Interview
Was not much of an interview process, just a hands on assessment seeing how I interact with customers and showed me around the shop. However, I found that the staff were not as friendly and left me in the dark to what the job actually consisted of.

Interview
I applied for the Office Assistant temporary role. The application process itself is already ridiculous enough. You don't even have to upload a CV or a cover letter, no, instead you have to take a kindergarten level test, asking you to do a super simple math test (you basically have to calculate 60-35 or 120-50%), a reading test where you have to read a short text and then answer very trivial questions about it, and a personality test, which says you should be honest and that there is no right or wrong BUT clearly there is as a friend of mine didn't get invited and that decision was based on her answers. I was invited for an interview two weeks later and it felt more like an interrogation. I received an email one week later saying I was not successful but even if I had been I would have declined the job as it all seemed to be very unprofessional and for a pay of 6.11/h? No, thanks!
