Interview
Phone interview, very calm not too stressful. Simple questions and interviewer was very nice and clear. I didnt have a face to face interview, went straight from the phone interview to induction
It was very basic, just a informal telephone call asking general questions about myself and then when I needed to come into the store for an assessment which was just putting away some clothes
Good, interviewer was friendly and courteous. Very transparent throughout the process, did take a while to get back to me but I think there were quite a numerous amount of candidates.
Very straightforward, standard interview questions. The interviewing manager was friendly and I was comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend applying to work at next, although I did not recieve an offer.
