The interview itself wasn’t particularly challenging. However, the interviewer placed a strong emphasis on my team management abilities rather than just technical knowledge. They were looking for examples of leadership, team coordination, and how I handle group dynamics. It became clear they were assessing my ability to guide and motivate a team in addition to my technical expertise.
professional yet comfortable. reviewed the past job responsibilities and interviewed regarding knowledge about the brand. described in detail the work environment and the job profile. discussed about the salary expectations.
Interview for merchandising graduate program. First step includes pre recorded video submissions (tell us about yourself etc), and then invite to a phone interview with a team member with more merchandising and analytical competency based questions.
