Was interviewed over the phone for a remote position. Professional interview by knowledgeable person. Asked solid questions and gave good idea of the role for which I was interviewing. Initial interview was followed up by a second interview after having submitted some ideas for the interviewer to peruse. Amount of time before initial offer until offer was officially executed by the organization took longer than expected.
