The interview process was very simple and the interview was casual. The interview was held with the automation manger and the Director of Technology. They want to get to know you and what your experience
- They asked about my background and experience.

Phone call then 2 in-person interviews then offer. Everything was standard for an interview but they did not seem to really have a process. They talked a lot about the past but not as much about the future.
- What I know about the company.

Saw the post online and applied. Got some emails back and managed to get an interview. It was the first one I did for a while since I was a full time student. I'm not sure how to compare it to anything else since my previous jobs were all high school seasonal jobs.
- What were your previous responsibilities?

Great, easy and very comfortable. HR team has been great to work with and accommodating. Online application is easy to fill out. Drug testing and background screens are required.

Anonymous Employee in Midland, TX
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at NGL Energy Partners (Midland, TX) in Aug 2017
Applied in 2017 via ngl website and was contacted by Crude Logistics Manager, we set time and i came in and was interviewed. This manager was very professional he had my application and resume out and had researched my job history and experience he knew information about the company’s I had worked for, and asked me questions pertaining to my work history and experience in dispatch. This was one of the best interviews I have ever had. I knew within 5 mins I wanted this job and wanted to work for him. He advised me he would be in touch to let me know either way. 3 days latter he called me back and offered me position. It is so nice to be treated like a professional and not a number. I was on boarded by the manager that hired me and he spent first 4 days working and training me on the systems and what their expectations were. I stayed with company until he left I quit less than a month after he left. Place was not the same.
- What dispatch experience did I have, and what systems did I use to dispatch.

The hiring process was very old fashion. Face to face interview with the standard questions. It was more of a get to know you type of interview. Very little talk about the actual job the was being offered at all. All applications and paperwork was in hand written form.
- There was really no difficult questions

Anonymous Employee in Von Ormy, TX
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NGL Energy Partners (Von Ormy, TX) in Jun 2012
First with dist manager then regional manger. from there info is passed up to region Vice-President. Once the Vice President of the region, the offer was already written on a contract ready to be signed. This all happen at the Von Ormy yard. The interview was a little tense until the contract came out, but overall it was alittle intense.
- How would you care for a mislead employee? Whats the way to maintain a current account? what you first answer to correct an unhappy customer account?
