Interview process was clear from the start. People who interviewed me followed up when I had questions and were beyond generous with their time and energy. While I didn't end up getting the job, I felt like it was a learning experience and have stayed in touch with people from the process. I met with a variety of people within the department and all had great questions and interviews that were conversation based.
