NHS Confederation interview questions

I worked there for nearly four years before I was asked to apply for the position. It felt as if the panel had already made up their mind, as I felt the members of the panle did not listen to my answers. I was not told I did not get selected for the post for more than 3 weeks after, when I knew they had made their mind up any way.
