I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Good, friendly, lots of hyperthetical situation questions rather than asking about experience or person, 3 interviewers lasted about 30mins and included a pen audio typing and ms word test
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you handle an angry person, how would you accommodate a disabled person
The NHS admin interview process usually includes questions about previous administrative experience, communication skills, confidentiality, teamwork, and handling patient information. Candidates may also be asked scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving, organisation, and ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
