The interview was in-person and lasted about 45 minutes. I was asked 6 questions and the question were mostly average in difficulty, none of them took me by surprise. They asked about supervision, my interest in the specific service, understanding of the problems this population faces.

Arrived for the interview and was given a vignette to formulate an individual for a short time. Then went into the interview room, and the main interview was comprised of 7 questions. 4 of the questions were based on things like motivation, dealing with conflict etc. and 3 of the questions were scenario based including a question on the vignette given at the start of the interview, to go through the formulation you developed.
